Encounter of a Security Guard With a Spirit | Part 1

A Shift Like Any Other… At First

It was just past midnight when Daniel, a 42-year-old night security guard, started his rounds at an abandoned office complex on the outskirts of town. The building had been shut down for years, but the owners kept it guarded after reports of trespassers and vandals.

For Daniel, it was just another quiet shift—at least, that’s what he thought.

The First Signs

As he moved through the empty hallways, his flashlight beam flickered across peeling wallpaper and broken furniture. The silence was heavy, broken only by the sound of his boots on the dusty floor.

Then he heard it.
A faint whisper. A woman’s voice.

He froze, holding his breath. “Hello? Who’s there?” he called out, expecting to see a trespasser. But no one answered.

The Shadow in the Hall

On the third floor, he spotted movement. A dark silhouette at the far end of the corridor. The figure didn’t walk—it glided. Daniel tightened his grip on his flashlight, trying to convince himself it was just his imagination.

But when he shined the light, the figure vanished—leaving only the echo of footsteps that weren’t his own.

The Terrifying Moment

Later, while checking the security cameras from his small office, Daniel noticed something chilling: in the corner of the feed, behind him, there was the faint outline of a woman standing in the same room.

He spun around instantly. The room was empty.

Yet on the screen—she was still there.

💀 To Be Continued…
What Daniel encountered that night would change the way he saw the building forever. And in Part 2, the spirit makes its presence undeniable.
