75-Year-Old Arrested After Police Discover 175 Neglected Dogs
A 75-year-old individual has been taken into custody after authorities uncovered a staggering 175 dogs living in deplorable conditions, according to police reports.
Body camera footage released by officers shows the moment law enforcement entered the property, where dogs were found crammed into unsanitary spaces, many suffering from malnutrition, untreated illnesses, and lack of basic care.
