Arkansas State Trooper Pits Suspect at 128 MPH | High-Speed Chase

It started on a quiet stretch of highway… until a silver sedan flew past an Arkansas State Trooper at nearly 130 miles per hour.

Lights on. Sirens blaring. The chase was on.

For miles, the suspect refused to stop — weaving through traffic, pushing the car to its absolute limit. The trooper called it in, calmly but firmly: “Suspect’s running — speeds one-two-eight.”

Dashcam footage shows the trooper closing in, inch by inch. The driver swerved recklessly, trying to escape — but at those speeds, one wrong move could mean disaster.

Finally, the trooper made his move. With perfect timing and nerves of steel, he lined up the PIT maneuver.

Impact. The suspect’s car spun out in a blur of smoke and screeching tires, sliding across the asphalt before coming to a stop in the median.

Within seconds, officers had the suspect in custody — the chase ending just as fast as it began.

Arkansas State Police say it’s another example of split-second decision-making that saves lives.
