Body camera of the ICE Agent who killed a woman in USA, is released…Shocking footage

Bodycam Video Released After Minneapolis ICE Agent Fatally Shoots Woman, Sparking Outrage

A video recorded by a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent showing the moments before a Minneapolis woman was fatally shot has been widely shared on social media, intensifying national debate over the use of deadly force by federal immigration authorities. The 47-second clip was published by local outlets and later reposted by high-level U.S. officials, drawing sharp responses from local leaders and civil rights advocates.

The footage — described as captured from the perspective of the agent involved — shows Renee Nicole Good, 37, sitting in the driver’s seat of her maroon SUV on a residential street. At one point, she speaks calmly to the approaching agent, at times saying “That’s fine, dude… I’m not mad at you,” before the situation escalates.

According to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Good was shot on January 7, 2026, during a large federal immigration enforcement operation in the Minneapolis area. DHS officials claim she attempted to use her vehicle as a weapon against agents, describing her actions as aggressive and justifying the use of force as self-defense.

However, video evidence and eyewitness accounts have raised serious questions about that narrative. Multiple clips reviewed by news organizations show Good’s SUV moving slowly and turning away from the position of the agent before shots are fired. Critics, including Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, have rejected the federal account, calling it a “garbage narrative” and accusing ICE of using excessive force without justification.

The agent who fired the shots has been identified as Jonathan E. Ross, a 10-year veteran of ICE’s special response team. Video appears to show him filming with a phone in hand while approaching the vehicle moments before opening fire. After the shooting, a voice can be heard on the recording using a derogatory remark, fueling further public outrage.

Good, a U.S. citizen and mother of three, was pronounced dead at a local hospital from gunshot wounds. Her wife, Becca Good, has stated that the couple had stopped simply to observe neighbors and engage with the ongoing ICE activity, and described the scene as peaceful before it turned deadly. Becca later said, “We had whistles. They had guns,” underscoring the dramatic imbalance in force during the encounter.
