A KFC employee was taken into police custody after a disturbing confrontation involving a 6-year-old child that ended in chaos, according to authorities.
Body camera footage from May 18 shows officers restraining the worker outside a police vehicle as she screamed during the arrest. Witnesses said the incident began inside the fast-food restaurant, where the employee allegedly acted aggressively toward the child. The details of what led up to the situation are still under investigation.
Police confirmed that emergency services were called after bystanders reported the alarming scene. The child was evaluated at the scene and did not appear to suffer serious injuries, officials said.
