A shocking bodycam video has surfaced showing a white police officer violently arresting a Black man who was already handcuffed and posed no threat.
According to witnesses, the man had been compliant when officers placed him in restraints. But what happened next sparked outrage: instead of de-escalating, the officer allegedly shoved, struck, and assaulted the man while he was completely defenseless.
Bystanders can be heard shouting at the officer to stop, but the aggression continued until other officers intervened. The disturbing footage quickly spread online, igniting anger and demands for accountability.
Civil rights advocates have called the incident a “clear abuse of power”, while community members are demanding the officer’s immediate suspension and a full investigation.
