What started as a routine welfare check spiraled into one of the most chaotic police calls of the month. Bodycam footage captured officers responding to a disturbance call late at night, only to be met by a pantsless, screaming woman in the hallway of an apartment complex.
According to officers on scene, the woman initially appeared incoherent and agitated.
