A shocking incident has left both police and the public stunned.
Authorities say a young mother went into a job interview and left her child locked inside a freezing car for more than an hour. With outside temperatures plummeting, the child sat alone in the backseat, cold, scared, and vulnerable.
Passersby eventually noticed the child crying and immediately called 911. When officers arrived, they found the little one shivering and rushed them to safety.
