Large Red Neck Swelling Releases Thick Yellow Material as Pressure Is Applied

The video shows a man with a very large, rounded swelling centered beneath his jaw at the front of the neck.

The skin appears intensely red, stretched, and shiny, with a small opening near the middle of the raised area. A blue-gloved examiner presses around the swelling, and thick yellow material is already protruding from that opening. As pressure continues, more of the material extends outward while the surrounding tissue remains visibly inflamed. The contrast between the massive swelling and the small drainage point makes the close-up especially striking.

The thick yellow material visually resembles purulent-type drainage, but the footage does not provide a diagnosis or establish what caused the swelling. One important detail is that the material comes from a defined central opening rather than from the entire surface of the mass. The broad redness extends well beyond that opening, showing that the visible inflammation involves a much larger area of the neck. The examiner applies pressure around the raised tissue rather than simply pulling on the protruding material, which appears to push more of it outward. What the clip clearly captures is a severely swollen neck lesion releasing thick material through a small central opening during examination.
